Close to the end of 2017, Nicki Minaj took a break from social media. It didn’t seem like much, at first, until it was clear Nicki Minaj wasn’t making any kind of noise. In March, Nicki Minaj was spotted leaving an industry party.
The following month, Nicki Minaj emerged, as Cardi B finally released her album. Both of the femcees did interviews with Apple Music, where they were asked mostly about each other. All beef rumors were shut down, when Nicki and Cardi met up at Met Gala.
Nicki Minaj initially announced her new album, Queen, her first album in four years, was dropping in June. However, G.O.O.D. Music has taken this month, and her album was delayed until August, perhaps something to do with Lil Wayne’s Cash Money lawsuit, which he won. But, the album drops on August 10, and here is the official cover.
