Nicki Minaj has been trending on social media all week as it all started on Monday. She broke her social media hiatus by posting two new photos where she is seen wearing a pair of pink Crocs, where she posted the caption “FRIDAY,” which hinted at new music coming then.
On Tuesday, Nicki posted several new photos again with the caption hinting to be song lyrics from a potential upcoming single. Based on the lyrics, the song appears to be titled “Fractions.”
“Btchs act like they want action, heard they want action, btch we aint duckin no action,” said Nicki on IG at the time. “I’m bout to giv’em dat traction, send a distraction— then ima line’em like FRACTIONS ✍🏾 F R I D A Y.”
Now, Nicki has revealed on Twitter this afternoon that new music is in fact dropping tonight at midnight. Ahead of its release, she will also be going on Instagram Live at 11PM ET. Nicki went on to express how excited she is for this live session and how much she’s missed her fans.
