New Pop Smoke Songs Can Be Heard in Posters in NYC and LA, Prior To Release of Upcoming Posthumous Second Studio Album [VIDEO]

Pop Smoke’s second posthumous album is set to arrive this Friday, July 16. Many expected an official title to be revealed last week, but it looks like the plan by Smoke’s team is to keep it as a self-titled project.

Now, fans are in for some great gifts from Smoke’s team, as posters for the upcoming album have been placed in Los Angeles and New York City. These posters also contain QR codes that fan can scan, as it allows them to hear unreleased music from the late Brooklyn rapper. These are records that are expected to appear on the self-titled album.

So far, the only track available on streaming outlets for the album is the outro, which contains Smoke dropping some motivational gems. Smoke’s team has been very consistent since his death, as his posthumous debut album, “Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon,” was also put out last July. That debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and is still in the top 15.

Smoke’s streaming numbers are also impressive, as the Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon album is also the top selling rap album of 2021 so far, in total units. Many expected his sophomore album to top the charts as well.
