NBA Youngboy makes almost $17 million from YouTube

NBA Youngboy continues to be one of the biggest rappers, over the past five years. His streaming number continue to impress, especially on YouTube. This appears to be where most of his streams come from, as well.

According to DJ Akademiks, Youngboy accumulates 292 million views on YouTube, per month. YouTube then pays out his label, $1.4 million per month. In total, Youngboy makes $16.8 million per year, just from his YouTube revenue.

These impressive numbers also come after Youngboy released one of the biggest trending singles and videos this week, “I Hate Youngboy.” There, the Baton Rouge rapper dissed stars such as Lil Durk and Gucci Mane.

On Friday, Youngboy also delivered a new single with DaBaby, “Neighborhood Superstar.” This record will appear on their collab album, “Better Than You,” on March 4. Last month, Youngboy and DaBaby also. released their “Hit” single, together.

Youngboy has definitely been on fire lately, as he also released his “Sincerely, Kentrell” album, in September. That was his first project since being released from prison, as it debuted at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart. He spent seven months in prison, due to a federal gun case, stemming from an arrest in Baton Rouge, in September 2020.
