Before her untimely death in 2011, Amy Winehouse revealed she was a big fan of both Nas and Jay-Z. The rivals turned friends both admired Amy Winehouse and Jay-Z would put his own spin on her “Rehab” single. Though she wanted to work with Nas, Amy Winehouse never had the opportunity.

Recently, however, Nas released his comeback album, Life is Good. On the album, considered a classic by many, Nas delivered the Amy Winehouse collaboration. Much like the other songs on the album, “Cherry Wine” received a warm reception. Earlier this month, the music video for the song was released.

Three months since the release of Life is Good, Nas is now touring in Amy Winehouse’s native United Kingdom. Earlier today, Nas made an announcement regarding his UK tour dates. Nas revealed all of the proceeds made while he is in Britian will be donated to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
