After spending 18 months in a Louisiana prison for rape charges, Mystikal has been grinding since then by supposedly signing with a new label and doing shows. The New Orleans rapper was performing in Tampa last night and it wasn’t good at all. 30 seconds into the show, he fell off stage and took a very hard it. This all went down a little after 1AM.
Mystikal needed help to get up from security and people could clearly see the injury was serious. From that point, it was very difficult for him to stand. He was seen limping and couldn’t put any weight on his foot. A witness close to the situation told TMZ that a drink had originally fell on stage and it being wet caused Mystikal to fall.
