#muteRKelley has taken over Twitter, this morning, after #SurvivingRKelly concluded its three parts, and fans are demanding better, even if they spelled his name wrong

For years, there has been talk about R. Kelly, and his alleged wrongdoing with underage females. Even with all that’s been said and the alleged sextape, he has never been convicted. Because of this, he has remained a free man.

However, last year, the #MuteRKelly movement began, anyway. Back then, everything was set in motion for “Surviving R. Kelly” to become a real program. This past weekend, the docu-series aired, where people who claimed to be firsthand witnesses told their R. Kelly stories.

In the end, they didn’t get the endearment from viewers that they expected. Instead, most viewers held them all complicit, because they waited nearly 20 years to speak out. This morning, with the whole series out, fans on Twitter have got #muteRKelley trending, demanding people now stop playing his music.
