There is not much Murdah Baby cannot do, as he manages, produces, and works as a songwriter in addition to being an emcee. Murdah Baby indeed wears multiple hats, but he wears them all well. Behind the scenes, Murdah Baby is a big reason why the hip hop scene in New York City is surging.
In the streets is where hip hop initially began and it has been in the streets where it has found new life. The mixtape game has become the best way to remain popular in the streets. When popular rappers have trouble securing release dates, they release mixtapes. For independent artists, they are a way of life.
Murdah Baby recently put together his new project, Pieceman 4. With no DJ on the mixtape, Murdah Baby’s new project is hosted by YF Management. Released a few days ago, Murdah Baby featured such artists as July and YF Don on the mixtape. All in all, the project has been met with positive reviews and has been a moderate success for Murdah Baby.
