“Atlanta” season two has proven to be well worth the wait, so far. For whatever reason, Paper Boy (Brian Tyree Henry) and Darius (LaKeith Stanfield) are not talking. Earn (Donald Glover/Childish Gambino) is confused about why, but had an emergency.
But, the episode begins at Mrs. Winners, a popular Atlanta restaurant. It was an action-packed return to “Atlanta” that people weren’t really expecting. Two guys were talking about their current situation, and then they went and did a drive-by, in the drive thru.
Nobody was expecting that manager to come out the way that he did. A situation that was so much more than just staying strapped, dude had the whole “Atlanta” Twitter in shock. They’re still going in about that opening, plus people who know Atlanta, the city, are surprised Mrs. Winners even still exists.
