Moneybagg Yo Receives 14 New RIAA Certifications After “A Gangsta’s Pain” Becomes Number One Album in US Again

Moneybagg Yo continues to establish himself as one of the hottest artists in the game, as has been the case since late 2016. His fourth studio album, “A Gangsta’s Pain,” debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart after its initial release at the end of April. It left that position a week ago, but now, is at the top again. This album is also the longest-running number one hip-hop album of 2021.

In the midst of A Gangsta’s Pain’s success, the Memphis rapper continues to receive even more plaques regarding his hit records. He revealed this on Twitter on Sunday evening as Moneybagg revealed that he has 14 new certifications from the RIAA.

Among these certifications are his 2020 “Time Served” album hitting platinum status, and the “Time Today,” “Me Vs Me,” “All Dat” feat. Megan Thee Stallion, “U Played” feat. Lil Baby, Moneybagg’s appearance on Lil Baby’s “All Of A Sudden,” and “No Sucker” with Lil Baby all reaching first time platinum certification. “Relentless Again,” “Bigg Facts,” “Lower Level” feat. Kodak Black, “123” feat. Blac Youngsta, “Dior” feat. Gunna, and “Doin It” are all gold. Moneybagg’s 2020 hit single, “Said Sum,” is also 2x platinum.
