Over the years, popular R&B hook singers have come and gone. The title currently belongs to Miguel, who is watching his “Adorn” single work its way through the hip hop community. Last fall, Miguel continued his strong run, popping up on Wale’s “Lotus Flower Bomb.” During the closing months of 2011, the song became a major hit.
Roscoe Dash, in recent days, has caused widespread controversy. Dash, who has made a name for himself through making party music, made some big accusations. Roscoe Dash claimed to have written several songs without being properly credited. Several Cruel Summer songs, which Dash said was an error, along with “Lotus Flower Bomb” are the songs Roscoe Dash claimed to have written.
On Twitter, Miguel and Roscoe Dash got into an argument on Twitter over these claims. ThisIs50.com would speak with Miguel and he and Young Jack Thriller discussed. The interview took place on the red carpet of the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards.
