Megan Thee Stallion has had another huge year for herself. She released her “B.I.T.C.H.” single in January which impressed fans as it also contained the 2Pac “Ratha Be Ya N*gga” sample. Her ‘Suga ’ EP then dropped in March which contained the hit single “Savage” and had the huge remix featuring Beyoncé a month later.

In late June, Megan released her “Girls In The Hood” single which is a sample of Eazy-E’s classic “Boyz-n-the-Hood” from 1987. Megan’s version received mixed reviews but still had a lot of commercial success. Now, it has been certified gold in the US by the RIAA, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 500,000 units.

In addition to Girls In The Hood, Megan is also winning with her new feature on Cardi B’s “WAP” single. This is currently the No. 1 record in the country. Fans hope that Megan will finally release her long-awaited debut studio album before 2020 ends.
