Megan Thee Stallion’s Debut Studio Album, “Good News,” Goes Platinum in Less Than Three Months

Back on November 13, Megan Thee Stallion finally released her highly anticipated debut album, “Good News.” This project was led by hits such as the chart-topping “Savage” remix feat. Beyonce, “Girls In The Hood,” and “Don’t Stop” feat. Young Thug. The album went on to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Good News’ momentum continues to remain strong as now, it as reaches platinum status in the US, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 1 million units. This is very “good news” for Megan as her birthday is also four days away.

Other records from Good News that have since became fan-favorites lately are “Body” and “Cry Baby” feat. DaBaby. Megan released the visuals for both as well and have received high praise from fans. Baby and Megan have collaborated multiple times since 2019 such as on Megan’s “Cash S*it” single as well as Baby’s “Nasty” which also includes Ashanti on it from his “Blame It On Baby” album last year.
