It’s been over a month since Megan Thee Stallion was shot in both of her feet after a house party in Los Angeles. Many people claimed that Tory Lanez was the shooter since he was arrested for felony possession of a concealed firearm inside a vehicle. Surprisingly though, neither Megan nor police have confirmed him to be guilty yet.
Megan has since taken to social media to bash the people who made jokes about her injuries. Now, she just posted photos of one of her feet and the wound in it a month later. The Houston rapper did this to address people who didn’t believe the gunshots were serious after Megan initially said none of the bullets hit her bones. The criticism also came after being seen at an Atlanta nightclub last week with Akbar V and Asian Doll.
“Why would I lie abt getting shot?” asked Megan in a now-deleted Instagram post. “Why are y’all so upset that I don’t wanna be in the bed sad ? Why y’all upset that I can walk ? I got my stitches out my feet like 2 weeks ago and I was ready to go celebrate WAP going number1… I usually don’t address internet bullshit but y’all people are so sick! God was really watching over me and I’m healing so well! Sorry I’m not as sad and miserable as a lot of y’all lol but ima keep being Megan Thee Mf STALLION.”
It’s crazy that Megan still has to speak on things like this. In the end though, it’s great that she appears to be healing quickly. Take a closer look at her foot below.
