Meek Mill To Sue The Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas After Accusing Them Of Racially Profiling Him For Not Letting Him Inside For DJ Mustard Show At Marquee Dayclub

Over Memorial Day weekend in Las Vegas, Meek Mill ran into some issues with The Cosmopolitan resort as he tried to enter the building for a DJ Mustard show at Marquee dayclub. Security came up to his car immediately and threatened to arrest him for trespassing if he stepped out of his car. They tried to claim that the club was overcapacity and couldn’t accompany him. Meek soon took to Instagram to call out the Cosmo and point to racism being the cause.

Meek’s attorney Joe Tacopina said shortly after the incident that the resort keeps a list of black rappers who aren’t allowed inside. Now, Meek plans to sue the Cosmo, according to TMZ. Tacopina also vows to “destroy” the resort as well for how they treated Meek.

Meek will be looking for “heavy monetary damages” and for lying on and humiliating him. The Cosmo has since maintained that they don’t tolerate discrimination and are sticking to their excuse of the day club being overcapacity. It’s hard to believe that it was overcapacity though because Meek is a very high-profile name and they should’ve knew that he was coming through. They wouldn’t even let Meek get something to eat inside either.

Hopefully The Cosmopolitan makes things up for Meek because this is a horrible look for them. More racist accusations are already on the way as Yo Gotti has come out supporting Meek by saying he’s experienced racism from the resort in the past as well.
