Three years ago, Meek Mill was one of three artists who emerged from mixtape stardom to reaffirm their city’s position in the game. The other two artists were Kendrick Lamar and French Montana, for those who had questions. Meek Mill landed with Rick Ross at Maybach Music and did not look back.
In 2011, Meek Mill stole the show at MMG and in 2012, he fully emerged at the forefront of the game. Then, is when Meek Mill showed his knack for making hit singles and released his debut album. Dreams & Nightmares was a tremendous success and now he is coming back for more.
Rick Ross got on Twitter this afternoon and he let the world know the status of the second Meek Mill album. Earlier this year, Meek Mill revealed Dreams Worth More Than Money as the title of his second album. But, Rick Ross revealed the release date would come on Monday and DJ Khaled helped spread the word.
