The main focus of today is Machine Gun Kelly, in the hip hop world. He emerged in 2011 on the strength of his mixtape success. Quickly, Diddy signed him to Bad Boy Records and he released his debut album before the end of the next year.
Machine Gun Kelly took a hiatus in 2013 and 2014, going without releasing a new album. However, he did release some mixtapes in that period of time. This afternoon saw Machine Gun Kelly release his second album, General Admission.
Delivering his first album in three years, Machine Gun Kelly is experiencing major success. The photo above is MGK from today, doing a mall run for his new album. Now, Machine Gun Kelly’s popularity is no fluke, General Admission debuted at number one on iTunes today, with him sharing the success on Instagram.
