Take Donald Trump out of the equation and Mac Miller’s career looks much differently than what it actually is. It was the internet that made Mac Miller famous, as he released mixtapes online and did YouTube videos. “Donald Trump” is the name of one of those songs that went viral.
Hearing the song, Donald Trump immediately reached out to Mac Miller, revealing he was a fan of the song. The real estate mogul made it clear he did not agree with all the lyrics, but he praised him and called him the next Eminem. But, Donald Trump is currently upset that Mac Miller never paid him any royalties.
Mac Miller lightheartedly responded to Donald Trump and feels he does not owe the mogul much of anything. Instead of dwelling on it, Mac Miller has moved forward with his new music. But, the Pittsburgh emcee revealed he had some good news when he went platinum for his “Donald Trump” single.
