Lyndon C Palmer has gone viral, with a video he shared on Facebook. The video shows a young, black, woman clearly upset, as she is screaming, exiting an ice cream parlor. According to her comments, she was trying to place an order, and she was ignored twice, so she brought up race, and was asked to leave, prompting her to curse, saying the word "f*ck," to which a white man told her not to curse in front of his nine-year-old daughter, which only made the woman more upset. The police were called, with reports of a fight soon to break out, as the woman continued to state her peace, telling the men they were racist, as five police officers arrived on the scene, where she also explained to them what happened. Despite telling her he understood, the officer told her to leave the premises, within five minutes, or he would arrest her, telling her to cross the street. As she left, she waited before crossing the street, as a car was coming, so the Durham police officer ended up arresting her, in all of about thirty seconds, arresting her for trespassing.

There is a lot to unpack, in this video, as there is a lot going on, leading to this woman’s arrest. Apparently, this all went down at an ice cream parlor, in Durham, North Carolina. A young, black, woman was shown, highly upset, in the parking lot.

The woman was arguing with a group of white men, in the parking lot, saying “Black Lives Matter.” In response, one of the white men said something about not caring what color she was. But, the woman continued to plead her case.

She was accused of trying to fight, despite never raising a fist, and five police officers were called, eventually arresting her, after giving her five minutes to leave the scene. All of this took place, after the woman was ignored by a cashier, who refused to serve her, inside the building, and she was eventually arrested for trespassing.
