Ludacris lost his Mercedes-Benz on Monday shortly before 5pm in Atlanta as this crime occurred while he was at a local ATM. The car was left on as he heard it speeding away while still at the ATM. The Atlanta legend got in contact with police but said he wasn’t able to get a clear look at who the suspect involved in the crime was.
Luda ended up being very lucky though as he is now in possession of the Benz again. According to 11 Alive, It was tracked down and found in the northwest area of Atlanta. This was discovered on a parking deck. Some of his possessions were also found as no one was in the car at the time.
According to the report, Luda decided to leave his car while at the ATM due to wanting to let his car warm up. @GAFollowers on Twitter added a surprising statistic that Atlanta police said that in the first week of January 2021 in the city, 76 out of 99 cars had keys inside them or were already running. Luda and others need to remain much more vigilant when it comes to their cars for future reference.
