On Facebook, Lillian Wright had a lot to get off her chest, about her former employer. She worked for a company called Apricot Lane, which is based in Charleston, South Carolina. The store also has a location in the city of Charlotte, in North Carolina.

Before being unceremoniously fired from Apricot Lane, Lillian Wright was an assistant manager for the Charleston location. During the quarantine, the business shut down. While Wright repeatedly asked to come back, they told her they would call her back, which they never did.

Lillian Wright blasted Apricot Lane Charleston, telling her Facebook friends that if she invited them to like the page, to unlike it. She then accuses the store of being racist against her, stalking her Instagram, and the employees of talking about her behind her back. On top of that, her former district manager, also a black woman, messaged her on Instagram, detailing how she was set up to fail from the beginning, how her boss tried to accuse her of stealing, of being lazy, and all of this came in spite of the owner’s father saying Lillian was the future of the company.
