There is so much music coming out of Chicago and Lil Reese was one of the first ones to come up. Back in 2012, it was a magical time for the hip hop scene in Chicago. This was when Lil Reese was introduced alongside both Chief Keef and Lil Durk.
Early this year, Lil Durk sat down with Hip Hop Vibe and spoke on his new album. Since then, Lil Durk has dropped Remember My Name and it has inspired Lil Reese to get back out there. For a while, Lil Reese has made people wait on his new mixtape.
Lil Reese is working on Supa Savage 2 and he has been for a long time, now. Just when it seemed like Lil Reese might have forgotten about the mixtape, he is actually right back to work on it. This afternoon, Lil Reese revealed the mixtape release date, June 21, on Instagram.
