Yesterday, it was revealed that Chicago rapper, Lil Reese, was among three men shot in his hometown in a parking garage. He was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital and now, is said to be in “fair condition,” according to The Chicago Tribune.
The outlet says that Reese met others in a Dodge Durango in the parking garage so he could “buy cannabis” from them. The other men shot didn’t speak much on the incident. The other men shot were said to be 27-years-old and 20-years-old. The 20-year-old was reportedly shot in the knee twice but is listed as being in “good condition.” The 27-year-old was shot in his body multiple times and is in critical condition.
The shooting here originally occurred at 9:50 a.m. in the first block of West Grand Avenue. Police spokesperson, Sally Brown, added that “apparently, they were all shooting at each other.”
Reese ran into a scary shooting incident in Chicago as well back in late 2019. This is when he was shot in the neck. There, he wasn’t able to speak on his own much during his recovery.
