Last month, Lil Nas X delivered another smash hit single, as this time, it was “Industry Baby,” featuring Jack Harlow. This saw immediate success, as it debuted at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Industry Baby continues to shine, as it currently stands at number number seven on the Hot 100. Now, it’s reached another solid accolade.
According to Chart Data, Industry Baby has sold over 500,000 units in the US. This now makes it eligible for gold certification. This record has been a popular radio hit, and could end up at platinum status by the time the fall season arrives.
Nas X’s debut studio album is also being waited on by fans. He has yet to officially publicly finalized a release date. Back in the spring, the Atlanta native did say though that it’d be called “Montero: The Album.”
