Lauren London Decided To Shoot “Without Remorse” Film in 2019 After Nipsey Hussle’s Passing With Encouragement From Michael B. Jordan and Relating To Character She Plays in The Film [VIDEO]

Many believe that Lauren London is still grieving the death of her longtime boyfriend, Nipsey Hussle, from March 2019. There was also speculation earlier this year that London had moved on and was pregnant based on a story from the. Los Angeles Sentinel but she quickly shut that report down. She bashed how people didn’t respect her grieving and she is definitely not pregnant.

London has been modeling for PUMA lately and is also back to acting. One film that she will be starring in is in “Without Remorse,” with Michael B. Jordan, Guy Pearce, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Jamie Bell. This film will be released on April 30 on Amazon Prime Video. Ahead of its release, London discussed with Entertainment Tonight regarding her deciding to participate in the midst of Nipsey’s passing. It was actually MBJ who presented the script to her and gave her an offer to be in Without Remorse.

“We shot it in 2019 I believe…and forgive me, my memory doesn’t serve me so well after grief and everything,” London explained. “Michael reached out to me as a friend and he was so unsure if I was even going to ever work again. And he was like, ‘Look, I’m unsure if this is what you want to do, but I have to follow my intuition, I have to ask you if can you just read the script.'”

London realized that there were other priories in her life but after reading the script, she loved the character role (Pam Kelly) that she would be playing. She related to her character of Pam Kelly and felt “so connected” based on her own personal experiences.

“There was a lot going on in my world and there were other priorities.” However, after reading through the script and seeing that her character passes away, she connected with the storyline. “I saw throughout the film she comes to him. Her love for him is still guiding him and I felt so connected to that just in my own personal experience that I felt like I could contribute here.”

London went on to speak on how she wants to work on projects where she can pull contribute, such as with Without Remorse. She also added that she wants her children to see her strong and not always showing grief.
