Alright, ESPN just reported on the Oakland Raiders making their move eastward. If everything goes the way Raiders brass hopes, the team will soon be the Las Vegas Raiders. Because of this, there are many fans who don’t really know how to react.
One thing fans should be aware of is that the Oakland Raiders have relocated before. Yeah, the team began in Oakland, but they spent a little over a decade in Los Angeles. Back then, they were known as the Los Angeles Raiders and they returned to Oakland in 1995.
The Los Angeles’ Raiders’ 1995 relocation inspired “In The House,” the 1990s sitcom starring LL Cool J. But, since 2015, the Raiders have been trying to go back to Los Angeles, but the Rams and the Chargers beat them to it. Now, the Raiders have chosen to move to Las Vegas, which has NFL Twitter going wild.
