Even without the presence of Paul George, the Los Angeles Clippers managed to beat the fully stack Laker by ten points. The final scored turned out to be 112-102. The key element for the Clippers victory was their bench. Lou Williams led the charge with 21 points. The Clippers bench just simply out performed the Lakers’, scoring 60 to 19. And lets not forget the dominant performance by Kawhi Leonard, scoring 30 points.
Everybody was pleased by the win expect Laker fans of course. Oh, they’re letting their disappointment fully known. Many are surprised that a Clippers team without Paul George swiftly beat a healthy Lakers team with Danny Green as their leading scorer. Well, the NBA is back I guess. Let’s see who ends up on top.
