The Los Angeles Lakers have pulled off the impossible, twice in the same year in two different seasons. Expected to finish near the bottom of the standings, the Lakers have twice beaten the Warriors. Hard to believe, but the Warriors have bigger expectations, this year.
Starting on opening night, the Warriors starting the season 24-0 was out, even with Kevin Durant on the roster. Despite a thrilling win against the Thunder, the Warriors came up short against LA. The young squad gave the Lakers that work.
All over social media, NBA fans are giving props to D’Angelo Russell, Lou Williams, Jordan Clarkson, and Nick Young aka Swaggy P. The Lakers actually got an easy win, 117-97. The tweets are still going off about this game.
