Kodak Black Ordered to Get Treatment in a Residential Program, After Failing Drug Test, That Violated Terms of His Supervised Release, in Federal Gun Case

Kodak Black has more legal issues coming his way, after being pardoned from his 46-month prison sentence for a federal gun case, in January. According to TMZ, the Florida rapper has failed a drug test, and that violates his supervised release.

A judge has now ordered Kodak to receive treatment. This will last for 90 days, in a “residential program.” As of now, it’s being reported that he’s already participating in it. According to TMZ, Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, declined to comment on the situation.

Kodak has been trending heavily this year, as he’s released two projects, in “Haitian Boy Kodak” and “Happy Birthday Kodak.” He’s also expecting his second child, this time, with Florida real estate agent, Maranda Johnson. This comes after originally proposing to Florida rapper, Mellow Rackz, in February.
