Despite being, potentially, one of the next superstars in the game, it looks like Kodak Black could be facing serious time. The Florida rapper got into legal skirmishes, before gaining fame. Late in 2015, Kodak made himself a household name, but he soon ended up in prison.
Kodak Black was paroled out, in August, but he has racked up several violations, since then. Because of this, Kodak Black found himself back in jail, earlier this year. In the months since, Kodak’s music is racking up gold and platinum statuses.
Now, Kodak Black is back in the news, as witnesses have testified against him in court. His altercation with a waitress in the Miami club is often noted. This was among his violations and, due to this, Kodak Black is facing eight years in prison.
