Kobe Bryant sets Twitter ablaze in final game, as he scores 60 points in comeback victory vs. Jazz #KOBE #MambaDay #ThankYouKobe

KobefinaleWords cannot do justice to the performance Kobe Bryant put on tonight. Coming into the game at 16-65, the Lakers are far from the contenders they were throughout most of Kobe’s career. For that reason, they were the epitome of no pressure.

Facing the Utah Jazz, who were eliminated from playoff contention just before tipoff, this was a meaningless game. But, Kobe Bryant has captivated fans for twenty years by making them care. Tonight, this man overshadowed Golden State setting a new league record for wins.

Kobe Bryant spent his entire career making history and he did so by having the most points in a final game in history. Playing in front of his former championship teammates, most notably Shaquille O’Neal, Derek Fisher, Rick Fox, Lamar Odom, and Devean George, among others, Kobe made it worthwhile. On the celebrity side, Jack Nicholson was joined by Snoop Dogg, Jay Z, Kanye West, George Lopez, and countless others.

Out of respect, everyone was there and Kobe Bryant lived up to Shaq’s dare, properly putting their differences aside. Definitely, Kobe Bryant put on a show and he took over Twitter in the wake of scoring 60 points, as he led the Lakers from a fifteen point deficit to defeat the Utah Jazz, a minor footnote in this story.
