Right now, King James is trending on Twitter, and it’s no compliment. This afternoon, LeBron James took to Twitter, addressing Ma’Khia Bryant’s murder. In his tweet, James said that he hopes that justice will be served.
Ma’Khia Bryant, whatever she was doing, did not deserve to be murdered. Initial reports claimed Bryant called the police for help. Now, the deceased teenager is being accused of wielding a knife at police, which is why they killed her.
Because LeBron James is asking for justice to be served, for Ma’Khia Bryant, right-wing Twitter is coming for him. They have “King James” trending, deriding the Lakers’ star, after his “You’re Next” comment. But, there are supporters speaking up for LeBron, and what he does for the community.
