Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been family together since 2012 and aren’t shy to show the affection on social media either. Kardashian posted a photo with Kanye at Nas’ party in October of 2018 but it was without a photographer’s permission, according to TMZ.
Saeed Bolden is the photographer who owns the shot and is now filing a lawsuit against Kardashian. Bolden was also never compensation for the photo. He is suing for profits that she’s made off the photo along with punitive damages.
Surprisingly, Bolddn is also suing Kardashian’s Skims Body shapewear line even though the Instagram page never posted that photo. Bolden’s defense is that the account shares Kardashian’s page. It’ll be interesting to see how the two resolve this situation.
