There has been speculation for a few months now, that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian would reconcile, and call off their divorce. This is due to Kim being spotted at various places with Ye, such as his “Donda” album listening events, and having dinner with him, at Nobu, in Malibu. Kanye even helped Kim prepare for her recent “Saturday Night Live” hosting.
Now, it appears that Kim and Kanye’s divorce is very much still ongoing. According to TMZ, divorce proceedings are still on, as Kim has officially received their Hidden Hills, CA, home, which they purchased in 2014, for $20 million. Kanye signed over his rights of the home, on September 28, and this was confirmed by the County of L.A.
Kim is also said to have paid Kanye $20 million, in order to “buy out” the home. After Kanye rebuilt this property, it is now worth $60 million. Amenities included are a basketball court, detached gym, swimming pool, and two kitchens.
This is also the same home that Kim and her children have been living in, ever since she officially filed divorce paperwork, in mid-February. The divorce was initially announced in the first few days of 2021. It’s also reported that this Hidden Hills property was a huge property settlement goal, that Kim wanted to get done.
