Yesterday, Kanye West was going crazy at his first presidential rally in South Carolina. He claimed that Harriet Tubman didn’t actually free slaves but actually went on to make them work for other white people. He added that he and Kim Kardashian discussed having an abortion in 2012 when Kardashian was going to have their daughter, North.
Earlier today, TMZ reported that people around West are very concerned about his behavior following his comments at the rally. Now, Kardashian is angry about this situation as well. According to Page Six, she is reportedly “mortified.” The source also confirmed reports that West won’t take his medications because it makes him less creative.
“Kim is mortified. She has desperately been trying to help Kanye, keep him calm and prevent him from having any public meltdowns. The family believe he is having a bipolar episode. He won’t take medications because he feels they make him less creative. But go out and say that about [their eldest, daughter] North is shocking. Kim is devastated. She’s worked so hard to help him, but she won’t let him do this to their children.”
In 2012, Kardashian reportedly had pills in her hand and was ready to have the abortion. At the rally, West said he’d be “at peace” if Kardashian decided to divorce him after the rally. Now, the big question is if this divorce will actually happen. As far as West’s presidential chances, he missed the deadline to get on the South Carolina ballot as well as Florida’s. Thankfully, he appears to be done with his presidential bid mathematically.
