This morning, Jeffree Star gave an “honest review” of the Kim Kardashian makeup line. Given the way things are going, right now, it’s the wrong time to involve race. Over the weekend, Charlottesville, VA had a tough rally, and then, Durham had a strong protest, too.
Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, got into hot water with the Black Twitter nation. Despite being the wife of Kanye West, Kim Kardashian has always faced racial backlash. The people don’t like how she dismissed the negative reactions to Jeffree Star and dismissed it, as a whole.
Black Twitter has “Kim K” trending this morning, letting it be known that she’s “cancelled.” The fans are not here for her and expected more out of her, being the wife of a black man, and mother of two black children. But, it is what it is, and there’s no changing that.
