Kim Kardashian says Kanye West caused her emotional distress
This month, Kanye West really started to be more active on Instagram, for the worst. He went off about his and Kim Kardashian’s 8-year-old daughter, North, posting videos on TikTok. Kanye was also very vocal about him not liking Kim’s new boyfriend, “SNL” star Pete Davidson.
Kanye went on to bash Pete on many IG posts, and even called him “Skete,” a “d*ckhead,” and “Hillary Clinton’s ex-boyfriend.” Ye also posted text messages from Kim on IG, where she explained that Kanye could potentially end up having Pete get hurt, and it’d be all his fault.
Kim has since been asking a judge to speed up the divorce process, and finally make her legally a single woman. Kim originally filed for divorce in February 2021.
According to TMZ, Kim is now asking a judge to sped up the process in making her a single woman. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim explained how she told Kanye to keep their divorce private, but he hasn’t done that at all. Sh also added that his actions on Instagram have caused her emotional distress.
“I very much desire to be divorced. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
