Representing New Orleans, Kidd Kidd initially spent time on the Young Money roster, before departing. Kidd Kidd gained minimal fame when he appeared on the “Mrs. Officer” track by Lil Wayne. But, 50 Cent signed Kidd Kidd to G-Unit Records in 2011 and he has given much focus to him since 2013.
Kidd Kidd found his niche in G-Unit and he was excited when 50 Cent reunited the entire crew. After trading shots with Tony Yayo and Young Buck, while distancing himself from Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent brought G-Unit back. The boss he is, 50 Cent did this at Hot 97 Summer Jam 2014.
