A few days ago, Kid Cudi was in Los Angeles when he sat down with the L.A. Leakers at Power 106 to reveal his departure from G.O.O.D. Music. Kanye West has not directly commented on his departure from the label. In several interviews, Big Sean has spoken on Kid Cudi leaving G.O.O.D. Music.
Seeing how things have gone down post-2010, it did not come as a complete surprise that Kid Cudi left the label. During the Cruel Summer promo, 2 Chainz played a bigger role with the crew than Kid Cudi. While 2 Chainz and Kanye West are close, he is not an actual member of the label.
In the latest clip released from Power 106, Kid Cudi spoke on the production on his album and his favorite producers. Kid Cudi explained the production process for his album, which he said he hopes matches Dr. Dre’s The Chronic. Now, his album is expected to sell well in its first week.
