Kenneth Petty’s 1995 Rape Victim Sues Petty and Nicki Minaj, After Allegedly Being Harassed and Bribed By The Couple Multiple Times, in Order To Try To Get Her To Recant Her Story

Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, has been a registered sex offender in the state of New York, ever since 1995. This has been the case due to him being convicted of a first-degree rape charge that year. The victim in that case was Jennifer Hough. Last year, Petty was arrested for failing to not register as a sex offender in California, and recently took a plea deal.

Now, Hough is revealing that she’s been offered by Minaj to change her story, regarding what happened to her, by Petty, in ’95, according to TMZ. Hough is suing the couple now, after supposedly being harassed, and being threatened to not speak about what happened then. She is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and witness intimidation. Hough is also still suing Petty for sexual assault for the 1995 incident.

Hough added that she’s been inflicted with emotional distress, and she’s been hit with these threats after Minaj and Petty started dating in 2018. They ended up getting married in 2019. Hough also denied Minaj’s claims about recanting her story about the rape incident.

When it comes to Hough being offered to not speak on the incident, she was reportedly offered to get her and her family flown out to Los Angeles, and recant her claims. In the days after declining this offer Hough “suffered an onslaught of harassing calls and unsolicited visits.” Minaj allegedly then went as far as getting her people to offer Hough’s brother $500,000, in order to try to get Hough to recant her story.

Eventually, lawyers came to Hough’s home, to try to convince her to recant. This caused her to feel unsafe at her home, and caused her to move. Prior to the move, one last $20,000 offer was put on the table to recant.
