Kendrick Lamar made it clear he had no intentions of releasing another album on the heels of good kid, m.A.A.d. city. However, Kendrick Lamar did release good kid, m.A.A.d. city only a year after his Section.80 album, which was one in a fleet of street albums. The street albums followed a couple of mixtapes.
Next week, Kendrick Lamar is returning with a solo single and it will begin to make its rounds. Following this, Kendrick Lamar will make plans for the release of his upcoming album. As of yet, the album doesn’t have a title Kendrick Lamar plans on releasing, but his label confirmed his album is coming in October/November on Instagram.
