Keith Sweat talks “Playing For Keeps,” working with Teddy Riley, and writing for younger artists on #TheBreakfastClub [VIDEO]

Industry veteran, Keith Sweat debuted in the late 1980s, and he made some hits, right out the gate. His early days saw “Make It Last Forever” become a major hit on urban radio. But, it wouldn’t be until the mid-1990s that he established himself as an international star.

Keith Sweat is best-known for his singles, “Twisted” and “Nobody,” off his 1996 self-titled album. These record officially made him a legend, although the work was already there. Since then, he has been considered as one of R&B’s biggest kings.

Recently, Keith Sweat stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he spoke with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. The veteran singer came into discuss Playing For Keeps, his new album. It would begin that way, but would branch into a discussion about Teddy Riley, Ne-Yo, and others.
