This was a hell of a week for Kanye West. On July 19, he held his South Carolina presidential rally where he ridiculously said Harriet Tubman didn’t free slaves and how he discussed with his wife Kim Kardashian about getting an abortion back in 2012 regarding their daughter, North. He then went on multiple Twitter rants where he called Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, white supremacists for getting a 51/50 to get a doctor to check on his bipolar disorder. This is also due to Jenner not responding to his texts as he called her “Kris Jong-un.”
Many people are expecting a divorce to come out of this situation. Kardashian has met with divorce lawyers but nothing has been signed. According to TMZ, West doesn’t even want to see her right now. They haven’t spoke much since the SC rally and when Kardashian has tried to contact West to discuss his mental health, he hasn’t been responding.Kardashian also reportedly offered multiple times to visit West at his Cody, Wyoming ranch but he’s been denying these requests.This week, Dave Chappelle flew to this rant to see West and the two had a great time.
Kardashian also supposedly felt something was wrong earlier this month when he had a trip to the Dominican Republic. Ye acknowgeled during his SC rant that Kardashian may want to divorce him. In his Twitter rant, he added that he wanted to divorce her after she met with Meek Mill in 2018 to discuss “prison reform” at the Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles. West accused Kardashian of cheating here but a photo has since surfaced of the two handling business at lunch with fellow REFORM Alliance co-founder, Clara Wu Tsai. Tsai and Meek co-founded this organization with Jay Z, Van Jones, Robert Kraft, and Michael Rubin to fight for criminal justice reform.
