Last night, Kanye West had his third “Donda” album listening event, which took place in Chicago. It took place at Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Fire.
This Donda event definitely came with a lot of surprises, such as Jay Z, The Lox, Kid Cudi, and more not being on the album. In the previous listening event in Atlanta, they were all featured on this forthcoming album.
Kanye also ended the show, by being seen on fire, along with bringing his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, in a Balenciaga wedding dress. The album is still not out on streaming outlets as well, but this may be changing very soon.
According to Hits Daily Double, Donda has been mixed snd mastered, and sent to streaming services. On Apple Music, the release date is currently listed as September 3. The HDD report states that the album is supposed to be out later on today, or on Saturday, August 28.
The September 3 date is also the same time as when Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” album is supposed to be out. As many know, Ye and Drake have brought their 2018 beef back, after Drake supposedly dissed Kanye in his verse, on Trippie Redd’s “Betrayal” song. Ye ended up putting Drake and Pusha T in a group chat, where he called out Drake again.
