Jussie Smollett talks new album, life after #Empire, stereotypes, and more on #TheBreakfastClub [VIDEO]

Three years ago, Jussie Smollett burst onto the scene and was the breakout star of “Empire,” when it was TV’s number one show. In 2015, he immediately became the biggest name on television. The following years have seen “Empire” remain a solid show.

Jussie Smollett has held his own, as a star, and has become a household name. Also, Jussie Smollett’s star power has been lent to other shows, namely “STAR,” where he crossed over. This season has seen his character, Jamal, take a smaller role, from previous seasons.

Recently, Jussie Smollett stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he talked to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. He came in talking about his music and his tour, while he also mentioned working with Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, over the past few years.
