Julia Santos shares video to Facebook of a man who followed her to her home, driving across town, because she drove past his house. She went to his neighborhood to pick up dog food, as she saw some was available, online, and the address was in his neighborhood. But, the man accused her of wrongdoing, following her home to harass her, and when she asked if he was doing this because she was black, the man asked if she was black, because he couldn't tell what race she was, before driving off.By Bossyy

Race relations are the worst they have been, since 1968, according to most. With all the civil unrest, this does appear to be clear. Now, more than ever, in recent memory, people are publicly insulting people, based on their race.

A woman named Julia Santos ended up finding herself being the victim of racial profiling. It wasn’t even the police harassing her, either, it was a regular guy. However, he proved to not be a regular person, as he was very mean to Santos.

Julia Santos traveled to Juniper Terrace to pick up dog food. She passed the man in the photo above’s home, so he decided to follow her all the way back to her house. He claimed he didn’t feel safe with her passing his home, that “too many people” pass his house, and she asked if it was because she was black, and he asked what race was she, because he couldn’t tell, before driving off.
