When Juicy J signed to Wiz Khalifa’s upstart, Taylor Gang, many were surprised about the business move. Juicy J would come out and show support for the young Wiz Khalifa and his business skills. Soon, Juicy J was given an executive position with Taylor Gang, which he took as an honor.
Juicy J first rose to fame as a member of Three Six Mafia. The group would win a Grammy back in 2006 for their contributions to Hustle & Flow, which starred Terrence Howard. This success would lead to a reality show. Since 2007, Three Six Mafia went on a sharp decline and a label dispute.
