The popularity of one of Juicy J’s strip club anthems changed his entire career and the course of hip hop in 2012. Of course, this strip club anthem is “Bands a Make Her Dance,” which has made Juicy J into rap’s biggest new star. Ironically, Juicy J is closing in on twenty years in the rap game.
Juicy J became the go-to guy when it came to strip club anthems. Fat Joe called upon the Memphis rapper for the hook on his “Instagram That Hoe,” with Rick Ross. Many other rappers have gotten hooks from Juicy J for their stripper anthems. Meanwhile, for Juicy J, he has watched his stock rise.
When Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang 2025 Tour hit San Diego, R&R caught up with Juicy J and he taked about his upcoming projects. Juicy J discussed “Bands a Make Her Dance,” along with his upcoming album. Stay Trippy is due out in the next couple of months.
