Judge Has Approved Kodak Black, To Go Perform at Rolling Loud New York, as He Continues Drug Treatment Program

Kodak Black failed several drug tests this year, in February and August. He tested positive for marijuana and ecstasy, which violated the terms of his supervised federal release.

This also comes after requesting to a judge that Kodak be able to complete 30 out of his 90-day drug treatment program, outside of his home state of Florida.

Now, Kodak is requesting that he be able to perform at the Rolling Loud festival, in Queens, NY, this weekend, according to TMZ. He is one of the top headliners. Kodak has since told a judge that this is for business purposes.

The judge ended up approving of this, and the Florida rapper is now good to go, for RL. Kodak will have to be in contact with his Supervised Release Officer.
