Dwight Howard’s alleged gay lover, Masin Elije, just scored a win in court. A judge has denied Dwight’s request to dismiss Masin’s assault suit, according to BOSSIP.
As we previously reported, Masin claims that Dwight and his pastor threatened him for speaking out about their alleged relationship. Masin sued Dwight for assault, infliction of emotional distress and more. Dwight has countersued for slander, invasion of privacy, abusive litigation, and $10 million. Howard denies ever knowing Masin.
BOSSIP reports that the judge sided with Masin and the case will be ongoing. A trial date has not been set yet.
